Our warranty period is 2 years on all technical problems that occur within this period under normal use.
We provide a 14 day money back garantee of the product and shipping costs when we recieve the returned product in the same perfect condition as delivered. We will refund the original amount paid in our shop minus a restocking fee and minus the Paypal-fee (only when paid with Paypal). This because Paypal will not return their fee to us also (new Policy Okt 2023). Special made (non-standard as in the shop) products are excepted and will not be taken back.
The restocking fee is €50 per product. We charge this fee because we have to test, check and restock returned products.
The return shipping (costs) to IOM is your own responsibility.
